We welcome enquiries and conversations
Whether you have questions about our programmes, wish to discuss a group booking, or simply want to learn more about what we do, we are happy to hear from you. Our team responds to enquiries within two working days.
Our cultural space is located in Birmingham's historic Jewellery Quarter, well served by public transport and with nearby parking options.
Jewellery Quarter station is a five-minute walk from our location. Trains run frequently from Birmingham New Street and Snow Hill stations.
The Midland Metro stops at Jewellery Quarter, connecting to Wolverhampton and Birmingham city centre.
Street parking with meters is available on surrounding streets. The nearest multi-storey car park is on Vyse Street, approximately three minutes' walk.
Our ground floor spaces are fully wheelchair accessible. Please inform us of any accessibility requirements when booking so we can ensure appropriate arrangements.
Our space operates primarily as a programme venue rather than a drop-in centre. If you wish to visit, we recommend contacting us in advance to confirm availability and ensure someone is present to welcome you.
Programme participants receive detailed arrival instructions, including building access codes and specific room locations, via email prior to their session date.
To help us direct your message appropriately:
We aim to respond to all enquiries within two working days. During busy periods, particularly around major programmes or cultural events, responses may take slightly longer.
For urgent booking matters, please indicate this clearly in your message subject line and we will prioritise accordingly.
